- Send Your Jewellery: Once your claim is approved, we’ll guide you on securely shipping your piece to us for evaluation.
- Repair or Replacement: If eligible, we will repair or replace your item free of charge. For non-warranty repairs, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding.
